skill, don't be surprised if customers begin to avoid your desk.
Time
management skills.
You will
be surely missing deadlines if you don't know how to properly manage your time
in resolving a tech issue. I am sure you know well that that could be costing
your employing company lot of customers. So when you are assigned a task, know
when to call for help or assistance when you seem stuck with it instead of
sitting with it the whole day and trying to figure out a solution.
Adaptiveness
and Good team spirit.
As a
technician, you must be able to easily learn and adapt to every new trending
technology with ease. This is also very vital. This means you always have to
keep up to date of every new trending technology. You also have to possess a good team spirit,
this will be helpful in getting tasks done faster.
Right
talent and attitudes.
This
doesn't need too much emphasis. An individual with an inborn talent in
technology, creativity and innovation will readily do better in the job than
one who doesn't have the right talent and attitude for the job. So before
chasing a job deem it necessary to first look within your self and discover if
you have the talent or not.
